When Martine and I first set foot on the grounds of Casa Ancla last year, we knew right away that we had discovered a hidden gem. Several months have passed since then, and the renovations are now complete. The villa has been completely refurbished in the Ibiza style and is now—if we do say so ourselves—the most beautiful villa in Javea. This is truly the perfect destination for the most discerning traveler.

Casa Ancla is a beautiful traditional Spanish villa in the Manuel Jorge style. In 2025, it was completely renovated in the Ibiza style. When we stepped inside last year, we immediately saw its potential, and thanks to Lily from JustLifeServices, our dreams became a reality.
Everything was updated. Think beautiful bathrooms in Mortex, a wonderful kitchen, and a massive living room. Mortex floors, rounded walls, cozy rooms... The house now offers all modern conveniences while still retaining its Spanish charm.
Outside, there are not one but two swimming pools surrounded by a beautiful terrace and luxurious sun loungers amidst a lush tropical garden. Under the naya (covered terrace), it’s wonderful to relax in the lounge set and enjoy a cozy meal next to the plancha.
Thanks to the southwest orientation, you can enjoy the sun in both winter and summer.
Interior design of Casa Ancla
Casa Ancla has 4 spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. There are four bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and shower. The other bathrooms have showers.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the right side of the house, on the first floor, is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the left side of the house, you go down one floor to find two more bedrooms and two bathrooms;
The spacious living area features a large living room with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and a cozy TV corner. The charming dining table seats eight people in case it’s too chilly or too hot to eat outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, Smeg kettle and toaster, coffee machine for a delicious cup of coffee,....
Under the naya (covered terrace) is a cozy lounge area, a table, and a plancha.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, and an extra refrigerator.
Outside, you’ll truly feel like you’re in paradise. Two swimming pools, luxury sun loungers, palm trees, and a spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The property is fully fenced and has a garage for one car. There is also space to park two additional cars on the property.
